school supply kits
Every school year, MEF makes back-to-school shopping easier by offering pre-packed, grade-specific supply kits — no store lines, no hunting down a list. Better yet, every kit ordered helps fund a needs-based kit for a Mokena student whose family needs a little extra support.
Each summer, you can order your kit or sponsor one for a student in need.
Closed for the 2026–27 school year.

Student Raffle baskets
fall Family in focus fundraiser
Every spring, Mokena families and local businesses donate themed gift baskets, and MEF raffles them off to raise funds for our students — last year's raffle brought in over $6,000 for grants and scholarships. It's one of our biggest fundraisers of the year.

Spring baskets
Each spring, MEF brings fresh spring plants right to Mokena families through our Flower Basket sale — an easy way to freshen up your garden while directly funding grants and scholarships for Mokena 159 students.

Business Giving
MEF is proud to partner with Mokena businesses that want to invest directly in our schools — through event sponsorships, matching gifts, or a corporate donation.
Partnering with MEF is a meaningful way to show your business's commitment to the community while supporting the students who will shape its future.
