About the Mokena Educational Foundatiion

The Mokena Educational Foundation is a not-for-profit foundation serving as a fundraising vehicle for Mokena School District 159.  MEF has been proud to help Mokena 159 schools MES, MIS and MJHS by providing scholarships, grants, and fundraising to support academic initiatives and enrichment of programs, activities and facilities for the students of our three schools.  The foundation assists to provide our schools with instructional materials, methodologies, and/or technology which may not be in their fiscal budget.  MEF promotes innovative ideas and academically enriching programs by supplementing classrooms with materials, equipment and funds to improve facilities and/or programs.
